I like Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain. Living temporarily in a corrugated steel hut under a mosquito net. Home for me is Edmonton with my sister in the condo my parents bought. I have a wonderful girlfriend - Jessica, who is patiently waiting for me to be done here in Kenya, so we can traipse off to Europe for a week before I head back to Canada. ~* Great News! *~

Hey everybody! So I've got some really great news! I have secured a donation of $5000 cdn to begin the classroom project that I wrote the proposal for! I will have more information on Friday after I meet with MEAC and get some things sorted out. For now though, thank you all so much! I hope you're all doing well!

P.S. - I went into Nairobi for a few hours today and ran into a friend from the University of Alberta. He's been in Kenya since August working north of Kisumu in Western Kenya on some water projects. It was very weird to see him here, but kinda nice.
